<\/p>\nLa norme euclidienne de \"\mathbb{R}^2\" est l’application \"\left\| \cdot \right\|\" d\u00e9finie par :\n

<\/p>\nLa norme euclidienne a les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s suivantes.

  • Positivit\u00e9 : pour tout \"X \in \mathbb{R}^2\", on a \"\left\| X \right\| \ge 0\" ; <\/li>\n
  • S\u00e9paration : pour tout \"X \in \mathbb{R}^2\", \"\left\| X \right\|=0\" implique \"X=0\" ; <\/li>\n
  • Homog\u00e8ne : pour tout \"\left( \lambda , X \right) \in \mathbb{R} \times \mathbb{R}^2\", \"\left\| \lambda X \right\| = \left| \lambda \right| \left\| X \right\|\" ; <\/li>\n
  • In\u00e9galit\u00e9 triangulaire : pour tout \"\left( X, Y \right) \in \mathbb{R}^2 \times \mathbb{R}^2\", \"\left\| X + Y \right\| \le \left\| X \right\| + \left\| Y \right\|\". <\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Si \"\left\| X \right\| = 0\", en notant \"X = \left( x, y \right)\", alors \"x^2 + y^2 = 0\", d’o\u00f9 \"x = y = 0\" car une somme de r\u00e9els positifs est nulle si, et seulement si, tous les r\u00e9els sont nuls. <\/li>\n
